Hartman, Landis, Quandt, Rosenkotter and Stelk all <br />voted yes and none voted no. <br /> <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br /> <br />Mary Micek - A letter complimenting the board on the hard work <br />that was done on the protest hearings. <br />Stuhr Museum - A letter informing the board of an insurance check <br />and this will be used for repairs. <br />Howard Maxon - News release on the Platte River. <br />Don Shuda - Veterans Service Office, he informed the County of <br />vacation leave. <br />City of Grand Island Fire Department - Packets were presented to <br />the board members concerning a pledge from Hall <br />County for a new rescue truck. <br />Stuhr Museum- Report to the board on the activites of the museum <br />and its_ revenue. <br />Nebraska Accountability and Disclosure Commission - A draft of the <br />opinion on conflict of interest and use of public <br />resources. <br /> <br />Quandt made a motion and Hartman seconded to accept and place on <br />file the communications. Hartman, Landis , Quandt, Rosenko~ter <br />Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. <br /> <br />BOARD MEMBERS REPORTS <br /> <br />Quandt - ,He attended the courthouse remodeling meeting June 9. <br /> <br />Rosenkotter - She attended the Economic Development Corporation <br />meetinq and the ADA remOdeling meeting. She reported on the <br />courthouse security meeting she attended and suggested that Rick <br />Stepanak and two board members should attend this meeting in <br />October or .November. The fee is $10.00. <br /> <br />Hartman - He attended the insurance meeting in Lexington. <br /> <br />Landis - She attended the insurance meeting in Lexington. There <br />was another meeting with Jerry Janulewicz and Sandi Yoder on the <br />scope of work. The fifth draft was sent to Tom Shay and he <br />suggested hiring a planner. The next Reuse meeting will be June <br />21 at 1:00 P.M. <br /> <br />Stelk - There will be a Senior Citizens meeting June 14. The <br />committee meeting for the sound system was not held. Rosenkotter <br />viewed the video system at the airport. Some information will <br />be forwarded to Ellen Merrill on this project. <br />
