<br />the use of public property for personal use. Leslie made a motion
<br />and Hartman seconded to send a letter and a copy of John Breslow's
<br />letter to Mr. Morledge. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt
<br />and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no.
