The bid proposals <br />for sound and the televising were presented. The bids are needed <br />to estimate the cost involved and to help in.the budgeting process. <br />Stelk made motion and Leslie seconded to send out the bid proposals <br />for the sound and televising of the board meetings. The bid opening <br />will be June 6, at 10:30 A.M. A motion was made to call for the <br />question and close debate. Abernethy, Leslie, Rosenkotter and Stelk <br />voted yes. Broken Bow, NE - Informed Hall County <br />of the wood products it makes. <br />Letter from Scott Armey - Asking for Hall Coun~ls~ support of <br />prayer in school. <br />Letter from John Breslow - This is the reply concerning use of public <br />property for other than office business. <br /> <br />Quandt made motion to bendja copy of the letter from John Breslow <br />to the county officials. Discussion was held. The county__will_ <br />be recieving another letter from the Commission on Accountability' <br />and Disclosure this will be addressed later. No second received.-- <br /> <br />Letter from Truell, Garroutte & Pullen Law Firm -Discussion was <br />held on the policy board. This will need to be put on the agenda <br />May 23. . Four <br />protests were received that were past the deadline of May 3. Two <br />ag-Iand werecfiled May~5'.and 2 ag-Iand filed April 27. Stelk:-made <br />motion and Rosenkotter seconded to deny the 8 protests that were <br />filed to late and to send letters stating why they cannot be <br />accepted.
