Hartman made motion and Leslie <br />seconded to grant the license. Abernethy, Hartman, Leslie, Quandt, <br />Rosenkotter and Stelk voted yes and none voted no. <br /> <br />PUBLIC PARTICIPATION <br /> <br />Hunter Campbell, with the firm Campbell and Kirby spoke to the <br />board concerning the second tier public defender. He stated that <br />the firm was interested and could be competitive. Stelk reported <br />to the board on information she received from Custer concerning <br />the policy board that was set up there. Wednesday Criminal Justice Com. <br />meet. with the County.and District Judges concerning a set rate <br />for cases. Representatives from the county attorney and public <br />defender offices will be there. They will make a report next week. <br /> <br />Quandt made motion and Hartman seconded to accept and place <br />on file the County Treasurer's Miscellaneous Receipts.
