<br />'15r -/51 <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />'1 <br /> <br />",' <br /> <br />HALL COUNTY BOARD: OF SUPERVISORS MEETING MAY 9, 1995 <br /> <br />The Hall County Board of Supervisors met May 9, 1995, at 9:00 A.M. <br />from adjourned session and by published call with Chairman Irene <br />Abernethy presiding. <br /> <br />Present on roll call were Irene ;~~rnetliYRichard Hartman, <br />------------ ' <br />Robert Leslie, Gary Quandt, Judy Rosenkotter and Tammie Stelk. <br />Margaret Landis was absent, attending Reuse meeting in Indiana. <br /> <br />Invocation was given by Rev.: Dick Bacon from First Chirstian Church. <br /> <br />Minutes of the May 2 meeting corrected and approved. <br /> <br />Hartman made motion and Roseknotter seconded to renew and authorize <br />the chair to sign the agreement with the Nebraska Game and Parks Comm. <br />on the secondary road right-of-way seeding program. Abernethy, <br />Hartman, Leslie, Quandt, Rosenkotter and Stelk all voted yes and <br />none voted no. <br /> <br />Leslie made motion and Rosenkotter seconded to accept Resolution <br />*1654 for the conveyance of real estate from William D. and <br />Delores M. Morrow. Abernethy, Leslie, Rosenkotter and Stelk all <br />voted yes. Quandt and Hartman voted no. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ## <br /> <br />/~5~ <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE <br />OF REAL ESTATE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, by prior motion the HaJ1 County Board of Supervisors authorized the <br />purchase of the real estate descnoed as foDows, to wit: <br /> <br />Part of Lot Fifteen (15) on Island in the Southeast (SE) Quarter of Section <br />One (1), Township Nine (9) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the Sixth <br />P.M., HaD County, Nebraska, and more particularly descnoed as foDows: <br /> <br />Commencing at a point Four Hundred Forty-FlVe and Thirty-Four <br />Hundredths (445.34) feet north of the Southeast (SE) Comer of said <br />Section One (1), said point to be the meander comer along the north bank <br />of the main channel of the Platte River; thence continuing north 00 00' on <br />the easterly line of said Section One (1) a distance ofFlVe Hundred Thirty <br />and Twenty-Seven Hundredths (530.27) feet; thence southwesterly 570 51' <br />360 along the northerly right ofway of county road, a distance of One <br />Thousand Three Hundred Forty-FiVe and Seventy-One Hundredths <br />(1345.71) feet, to a point ou the southerly line of said Lot Fdleen (15) on <br />Island, thence southeasterly 880 15' 360 a distance of Fifty- Three and FIfty- <br />Eigbt Hundredths (53.58) feet to a point being the meander comer along <br />the north bank of the Platte River; thence northeasterly 800 12' 59.2" a <br />distance of One Thousand One Hundred One and N'mety-Six Hundredths <br />(1101.96) feet to the point of beginning and containing 7.071 acres more <br />or less, plus aD accretions thereto; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, said property was purchased by County and County is in receipt of a <br />warranty deed wherein William D. Morrow and Delores M.
