Horky for the sale of certain real estate to be descnbed in the <br /> <br />following: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, is empowered by the Constitution and laws <br /> <br />of the State of Nebraska to purchase real estate for highway improvement purposes and accept deeds <br /> <br />conveying that real estate. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, <br /> <br />Hall County, State of Nebraska, to accept on behalf of Hall County, grantee, a warranty deed from <br /> <br />Robert and Christy J. Horky, grantor, to the following described real estate <br /> <br />TRACT #14 <br /> <br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Southeast Quarter (SE1I4) of the Southeast Quarter (SE1I4) of Section <br />Thirteen (13), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M, Hall County, Nebraska and <br />more particularly descnbed as follows: <br /> <br />All of the southerly 40.00 feet of the westerly 936.12 feet, and all of the southerly 45.00 feet of the easterly 382.45 <br />feet of the Southeast Quarter (SE1I4) of the Southeast Quarter (SE1I4) of said Section Thirteen (13) and containing <br />1.25 acres of which 1.01 acres more or less is presently occupied by county road right-of-way. Actual taking is <br />0.24 acres more or less. <br /> <br />TRACT #16 <br /> <br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Northeast Quarter (NE1I4) of Section Twenty-Four (24), Township Twelve <br />(12) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M, Hall County, Nebraska and more particularly described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />All of the northerly 40.00 feet of the westerly 1977.14 feet of the Northeast Quarter (NE1I4) of said Section <br />Twenty-Four (24) and containing 1.82 acres more or less ofwhich 1.50 acres more or less is presently occupied by <br />county road right-of-way.
