Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt, Rosenkotter <br />and Ste1k voted yes and none voted no. Marvin Webb, Webb and Co. <br />stated the the bidding climate is not as competitive. He will <br />meet with the low bidder and Rick Stepanek then report back to the <br />board on April 11, with their recommendation. <br /> <br />Discussion was_h~lg_()!l__th~ purchase of the land for Hall County <br />Park. Les1ier- recommend~<l( the purchase of the land. He stated <br />that NRD would pay for the clean up. Leslie made motion and Ste1k <br />seconded to purchase the land. Abernethy, Landis, Leslie, <br />Rosenkotter and Ste1k all voted yes and Hartman and Quandt voted no. <br />Deputy County Attorney Jerry Janu1ewicz and Dan Hostler are to <br />negotiate the contract. The funds for the purchase of the land are <br />to corne out of line 50103 in the Inheritance Fund and line 29900 <br />Miscellaneous General.
