<br />7 ;-~ALL COUNTY BOARD, OF SUPERVISORS MEETING - FEBRUARY 21, 1995

<br />The Hall County Board of Supervisors met at 9:00 A.M. from adjourned
<br />session and by published call with Chairman Irene Abernethy presiding.
<br />
<br />Present on roll call were Irene Abrnethy~;'Richard Hartman, Margaret
<br />Landis, Robert Leslie, Gary Quandt and Judy Rosenkotter. Tammie Stelk
<br />was absent.

<br />Invocation was given by Rev. Roger Feola, Lighthouse Fellowship Church.

<br />Minutes of February 14th meeting were approved as received by motion
<br />of Quandt, seconded by Rosenkotter. Corrections were made and voted on.
<br />Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quanqt and Rosenkotter voted yes.
<br />
<br />Deputy County Attorney, Jerry Janulewicz, had 'put on the agenda an
<br />item calling for an executive session and asked that the Board enter
<br />into an executive session.
<br />9:07 A.M. - Quandt made motion,' seconded by Hartman to enter into
<br />and executive session. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt and
<br />Rosenkotter voted yes, none voted no.
<br />
<br />9:19 A.M~ - Quandt made motion, Rosenkotter seconded the motion to
<br />return to: regular session. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt
<br />and Rosenkotter,voted yes, none voted no.
<br />Quandt made motion, seconde5 by Hartman to authorize Janulewicz to
<br />draw up an agreement with Darrell & Sharon Gloe and the State to
<br />purchase land for an easement. Aberenthy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie,
<br />Quandt and Rosenkotter voted yes, none voted no.
<br />
<br />Commenced the audit.: of monthly claims.
<br />
<br />10: 30 A.M. 1 - Quandt made motion, seconded by Hartman to'-enter into
<br />Board of Corrections. Aberenthy, Hartman, Landas, Leslie, Quandt and
<br />Rosenkotter voted yes, none voted no.
<br />
<br />11:42 A.M. - returned to regular session.
<br />
<br />Motion made by Quandt, seconded by Hartman to accept and place on file
<br />the miscellaneous receipts from the County Treasurer's Office. Abernethy,
<br />Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt and Rosenkotter voted yes,. none voted no.
