Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt, Rosenkotter and <br />Stelk voted yes, none voted no. <br /> <br />BOARD ASSISTANT REPORT <br /> <br />Ma~ BOersen had check on an area on North Hwy 281 and talked to the <br />owner concerning a violation of the zone ordinance, explained tb <br />him what needed to be done. If he doesn't comply Max will turn it <br />over to the county attorney in violation of the zoning ordinance. <br /> <br />Ask direction as to the process of evaluation forms that <br />the Board will be turn in. for appointed officials. Abernethy <br />offered to work with Rosenkotter on Mary Kay Shay's since that <br />one is due. <br /> <br />Reminded Leslie to set up a Criminal Justice Committee meeting. <br /> <br />Gene.Kramer, Solid Waste Supt for the City, has invited t~e Board <br />members to tour the tranfer station and the landfill on'e~ther <br />February 7th or the 21st. Excepted the invitation for the 7th and <br />at'.lf30'P.M; .. <br /> <br />Chairman adjourned meeting at 4:00 P.M.
