<br />Discussed janitoral services and contracting with Mid Nebraska or other
<br />sheltered workshops and private contractors as far as bonds and
<br />liability. Proposed to separate duties on the bid as shelter workshops
<br />will only be able to perform certain duties while contractors will
<br />be bidding on jobs done on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis in all
<br />three buildings.
<br />Landis made motion, seconded by Hartman to waiver a bond and have
<br />$100,000 for liability. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt,
<br />Rosenkotter and Stelk voted yes, none voted no.
