<br />9~r- 30? <br />HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISOR MEETING, SEPTEMBER 24, 1996 <br /> <br />The Hall County Board of supervisors met at 9:00 a.m. from adjourned session <br />and by published call, in County Board meeting room, Administration Building <br />121 South pine, Grand Island. <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order by Chair Tammie Stelk. <br /> <br />INVOCATION: The invocation was given by Rev. Robert Harms, Trinity Lutheran <br />Church, Grand Island. <br /> <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: The Pledge of Allegiance was given. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL: Present on roll call were Irene Abernethy, Richard Hartman, <br />Margaret Landis, Robert Leslie, Huey Long, Gary Quandt and <br />Tammie stelk. None were absent. <br /> <br />PRESENT were Deputy County Attorney Jerom Janulewicz, News media represent- <br />ative - Carol Bryant, Grand Island Independent. <br /> <br />MINUTES OF SEPTEMBER 17th MEETING: Motion by Quandt, seconded by <br />to accept and place on file the minutes as received. Abernethy, <br />Landis, Leslie, Long, Quandt and Stelk voted yes, none voted no. <br />carried. <br /> <br />Abernethy, <br />Hartman, <br />Motion <br /> <br />COUNTY ATTORNEY - Executive Session - waiting for Deputy Attorney Mark Young <br />so was delayed until later. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #96-0062 - Motion by Abernethy, seconded by Long to adopt Resolu- <br />tion #96-0062 with Bank of Wood River. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leblie, <br />Long, Quandt and Stelk voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, THE <br /> <br />RESOLUTION#'1d, -~d6 ~ <br />IJ Ihf/"Ic:' CJ + Voo4~'" r C-c <br /> <br />has <br /> <br />9'/A. 8:;" 72-S-9 <br /> <br />YVtdu;;;~ <br /> <br />U .5 TR~eW~. Board Members felt should continue as has been in the past <br />several years, at the Health Department. <br />
