<br />BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD INSURANCE: Gary Streeks, County Representative for
<br />Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance gave each board member a packet and gave
<br />update information on insurance coverage.and answered questions.
<br />Streeks reported would have open enrollment for medicare supplement plan,
<br />letters have been sent out to those affected. Plans will be known as
<br />Gold Plus Plus, Gold plus and 65 Gold.

<br />MID-PLAINS CENTER CONTRACT: Attorney Janulewicz presented contract but
<br />board members had proposed changes to contract, so would make those changes.
<br />Rodney Bass, Director.of Mid Plains was present and spoke briefly. Had
<br />presented written report to board members for the Emergency Foster Care
<br />Statistics. He accepted the new contract and had no questions.
<br />Motion by Landis, seconded by Leslie to accept the Mid Plains Center
<br />contract and authorize chairman to sign after the corrections are made.
<br />Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Long, Quandt and Stelk voted yes, none
<br />voted no. Motion carried.

<br />PUBLIC PARTICIPATION: City of Wood River Mayor Ervin Mazour, 1402 Main,
<br />Wood River spoke in regard to request for share of Keno funds. Asked if
<br />any was available for the City of Wood River. They want to build a comm~
<br />unity club for kids and storage for ambulance and other City vehicles,
<br />estimated costs $150,000. He is to submit application for Keno funds
<br />for board members to review.

<br />County Board Assistant presented Resolution to transfer funds from Miscell-
<br />aneous-Miscellaneous General budget to the County : Court/District Court joint
<br />budget.

<br />Motion by Leslie, seconded by Abernethy to add to today's agenda as an
<br />emergency request the Resolution presented. Abernethy, Leslie, Long
<br />and Ste1k voted yes, Landis and Quandt voted no, with Hartman absent.
<br />Motion carried.
