Quandt made a motion and Rosenkotter <br />seconded to authorize the fireworks salute. Quandt amended his motion <br />and Rosenkotter seconded to have Mr. Slater purchase the special fire <br />insurance and have the county attorney review this. Abernethy, <br />Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt, Rosenkotter and Stlek all voted yes <br />and none voted no.' Motion carried. <br /> <br />PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION ON ANNUAL CULVERT BID: Richard <br />Hartman read the Public Works Committtee recommendation. Hartman made <br />a motion and Quandt seconded to accept the low bids. Abernethy, <br />Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt, Rosenkotter and Stelk all voted yes and <br />none voted no.
