RESOLUTION#13-�a g <br /> A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A FEE FOR THE SEPARATE USE OF THE <br /> CAMPING SEWAGE AND RINSE STATION LOCATED IN TIIE <br /> GEORGE H. CLAYTON HALL COUNTY PARK. <br /> WHEREAS, the current rules and regulations far the use of the George H. Clayton Hall County Park <br /> provide for a TwenTy Dollar($20,00}daily fee for recreational vehicle camping in the Park; and <br /> WHEREAS, the aforementioned daily fee includes the use of the camping sewage and rinse station <br /> located in the Park; and <br /> WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the Halt County Boazd of Supervisors that recreational <br /> vehicles which are not camping at the Pazk and aze not paying the daily fee to do so, are using the camping <br /> sewage and rinse station located in the Park; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Hall County Board of Supervisors wishes to impose a fee for recreational vehicles <br /> which are not camping at the Pazk for the use of the camping sewage and rinse station located in the Pazk. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the rules and regulatiom for the use of the George H. <br /> Clayton Hall County Park are hereby revised to impose a fee of Twenty Dollars($20.00) for each use of the <br /> camping sewage and rinse station located in the Pazk by recreational vehicles not paying the daily fee for <br /> recreational vehicle camping in the Park. <br /> BE IT FURTf�R RESOLVED that the daily fee for recreational vehicle camping in the Park will. <br /> continue to be Twenty Dollazs ($20.00), and will continue to include use of the camping sewage and rinse <br /> station. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all previous park rules and regulations shall remain in effect, <br /> and that the camping sewage and rinse station fee provided for in Yhis resolution shall be effective September <br /> l,2013. <br /> Resolution moved by Supervisor � � �(,�� <br /> Seconded by Supervisor � �,`t.a � ;�� <br /> Vote: <br /> Supervisor Arnold: For___�(_; Against_; Abstained ; Not Present_ <br /> Supervisor Lancaster: For 1�; Against_; Abstained_; Not Present <br /> Supervisor McFarland: For?� ; Against`; Abstained_; Not Present_ <br /> Supervisor Purdy: For�; Against`; Abstained ; Not Present <br /> Supervisor Quandt: For�; Against_; Abstained_; Not Present_ <br /> Supervisor Schuppan: For ; Against_; Abstained ; Not Present_ <br /> Supervisor Ziola: For�; Against_; Abstained_; Not Present_ <br /> PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED THIS 9TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER,2013. <br /> HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS <br /> B . �o ��f�B�Ql�'/l I <br />
