7. 10:05 A.M. PUBLIC HEARING FfNAL TAX REQUEST FOR HALL COUNTY BtJDGET <br /> RATES — McFarland made a motion and Ziola seconded to open the public hearing for the final <br /> tax request. Arnold, Lancaster, McFarland, Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan and 2iola all voted yes <br /> and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> Chairman Lancaster called for public participation and no one responded. She called for <br /> comments from the board members and no one responded. <br /> Schuppan made a motion and Ziola seconded to close the public hearing. Arnoid, Lancaster, <br /> McFarland, Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes and none voted no. Motion <br /> carried. <br /> 7a. DISCUSS AND APPROVE RESOLUTION SETTING PROPERTY TAX REQUEST FOR <br /> HALL COUNTY—Mr. Fegley noted that this is to approve the property tax request for Hall <br /> County. The levy will be going down from last year, but the tax asking will increase. This is the <br /> county tax request. <br /> Ziola made a motion and Schuppan seconded to approve Resolution #13-071 to set the <br /> property tax request for Hall County. Arnold, Lancaster, McFarland, Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan <br /> and Ziola all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carcied. <br /> 6 <br />
