RESOLUTION#13- Q UJ O <br /> A RESOLI7TION ESTABLISHING A FEE FOR THE SEPARATE USE OF THE <br /> CAMl'ING SEWAGE AND RINSE STATION LOCATED IN THE <br /> GEORGE H. CLAYTON HALL COUNTY PARK. <br /> WHEREAS, the current ntles and regulations for the use of the George H. Clayton Hall CounTy Park <br /> provide for a Twenty Dollaz($20.00)daily fee for recreational vehicle camping in the Park; and <br /> WI�REAS, the aforementioned daily fee includes the usa of the camping sewage and rinse station <br /> located in the Pazk; and <br /> WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the Hall County Board of Supervisors that recreational <br /> vehicles which are not camping at the Park and are not paying the daily fee to do so, aze using the camping <br /> sewage and rinse station located in the Park;and <br /> WI�REAS, the Hall County Board of Supervisors wishes to impose a fee for recreational vehicles <br /> which are not camping at the Pazk for the use of the camping sewage and rinse station located in the Park. <br /> NO W THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the rules and regulatio�s for the use of the George H, <br /> Clayton Hall County Park are hereby revised to impose a fee of Twenty Dollazs($20,00) for each use of the <br /> camping sewage and rinse station located in the Pazk by recreational vehicles not paying the daily fee for <br /> recreational vehicle camping in the Park. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the daify fee for recreational vehicle camping in the Park will <br /> continue to be Twenty Dollars ($20.00), and will continue to include use of the camping sewage and rinse <br /> station. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all previous park rules and regulations shait remain in effect, <br /> and that the camping sewage and rinse station fee provided for in this resolution shall be effective September <br /> 1,2013. <br /> Resolution moved by Supervisor ._.Ja,.r� '�"' ��. <br /> Seconded by Supervisor �..� `���Z��i <br /> Vote: <br /> Supervisor Arnotd: For�; Against_; Abstained ; Not Present <br /> Supervisor Lancaster: For_�_; Against_; Abstained ; Not Present� <br /> Supervisor McFazland: For�; Against_; Abstained_; Not Present <br /> Supervisor Purdy: For_�; Agai�st_; Abstained ; Not Present_ <br /> Supervisor Quandt: For_�; Against_; Abstained i; Not Present <br /> Supervisor Schuppan: For Against_; Abstained i; Not Present <br /> Superoisor Ziola: For� Against_; Abstained_; Not Present_ <br /> PASSED,ADOPTED AND APPROVED THIS 9TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER,2013. <br /> HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS <br /> B� !P �/�'��;'.-� l�4f��''i��sL�� <br /> 7 <br />
