Conley Hall County Clerk <br /> McFarland noted that the board approved over a million dollars in 1/10'h of the time it took to <br /> approve the dumping at the park. <br /> 11. APPROVE BI WEEKLY PAY CLAIMS AND REGULAR CLAIMS—The board members <br /> received the board pre approval list. Quandt made a motion and Zioia seconded to approve the <br /> bi weekly pay claims and the regular claims except for Office Net. <br /> Quandt made a motion and Ziola seconded to approve the claim from O�ce Net. McFarland <br /> stated that he will abstain from the vote because he has a business relationship with Office Net. <br /> Arnold, Lancaster, Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes and none voted no. <br /> McFarland abstained. Motion carried. <br /> 7 DISCUSSION AND ACTION PERTAINING TO RETAINING AN ARCHITECTURAL FIRM TO <br /> ASSESS OPTIONS ON THE COURTHOUSE PROJECT—Mr. McFarland stated that they have <br /> discussed hiring a firm and the various options that would be available. They would like a rough <br /> sketch on what could be done at the annex and address the construction timeline. They could <br /> have 2 to 4 weeks to come back to the board. Cannon Moss Brygger Architects were the <br /> original company that built the annex. <br /> Lancaster stated that there would be fees but this may be a necessary step to finding a solution. <br /> They have the original plans and floor plan and they also have a set of plans for the connecting <br /> corridor. The committee met with them and gave them all of the information that they have. <br /> BOARD MEMBER'S REPORTS — Mr. Purdy stated that he attended the NIRMA board retreat <br /> and also stated that there will be the annual NIRMA meeting in Kearney in October and there is <br /> no cost to attend. They have $1,117,328.00 in dividends between NIRMA and NIRMA II they <br /> have distributed over$15 million dollars in dividends in the past. He encouraged people to <br /> attend. Mr. Zitterkopf stated he received the information but his continuing education is <br /> 11 <br />
