Conley Hall County Clerk F. HALL COUNTY AGRICULTURAL SOCIETY- Schuppan made a motion and Ziola seconded to approve Resolution #13-066 for Hall County Ag Society. Arnold, Lancaster, McFarland, Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes and none voted no RESOLUTION #13—066 A RESOLUTION DETERMINING A FINAL ALLOCATION OF LEVY AUTHORITY FOR THE HALL COUNTY AGRICULTURAL SOCIETY WHEREAS, the Hall County Board of Supervisors is in receipt of a preliminary request of levy allocation submitted by the Hall County Agricultural Society, hereinafter referred to as "District," requesting an allocation of levy in the amount of General Fund Operating $156,040.02 for the fiscal year 2013 —2014 and WHEREAS, the Hall County Board of Supervisors has considered the aforesaid preliminary levy request and determined that a final allocation of levy authority should be made and established for the District. NOW BE IT RESOLVED, a final allocation of levy authority in the amount of General Fund Operating $ 156,040.02 is hereby determined, made and established for the District for the fiscal year 2013- 2014. IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, the Hall County Clerk shall forward a copy of the Resolution to the Chairperson of the governing body of the District. PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 27�" DAY OF AUGUST, 2013.
