Sheila Hulme with First Brokers stated that she is currently trying to sell the property for the <br /> owner. <br /> Chairman Lancaster called for public participation and no one responded. <br /> Quandt made a motion and Ziola seconded to close the public hearing. Arnold, Lancaster, <br /> McFarland, Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes and none voted no. Motion <br /> carried. <br /> 5B. CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION REMOVING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY OF <br /> CLARK GAUTHIER FROM THE HALL COUNTY INDUSTRIAL TRACT— Mr. Zitterkopf stated <br /> that he prepared a resolution for the removal of the property if the Board chooses to approve it. <br /> Discussion was held on trying to recover some of the cost of the publication fees. It was <br /> suggested to require a $200.00 deposit from the petitioner for the fees and upon receipt of the <br /> payment of the fees the resolution wou�d be approved. <br /> Arnold made a motion and Quandt seconded to approve Resolution #13-055 approving the <br /> request for the removal of certain real property of Clark Gauthier from the Hall County Industrial <br /> tract. Arnold, Lancaster, McFarland, Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes and <br /> none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> 4 <br />
