RESOLUTION#13- � 53 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF HORIZON VIEW SUBDIVISION, A TRACT OF LAND IN THE EAST HALF OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER (E'/: NW '/.) SECTION TWENTY (20) TOWNSHIP NINE (9) NORTH, RANGE TEN (10) WEST , OF THE SIXTH P.M., IN HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. WHEREAS, Daniel J. Rainforth Revocable Trust, Daniel J. Rainforth Trustee, being the sole owner of the land described hereon, have filed an application for approval of the final plat of Horizon View Subdivision, a tract of land in the East Ha1f of the Northwest Quarter(E%zNW Y4) Section Twenty (20), Township Nine (9)North, Range Ten(10), Hall County, Nebraska; and WHEREAS, the above-described real estate is located in an unincorporated area of Hall County and is not within an area over which a city or village exercises extraterritorial zoning jurisdiction; and WHEREAS, on July 10�',2013 the Ha11 County Regional Planning Commission considered said final plat at its regular meeting and recommended approval; and WHEREAS, the County Boazd of Supervisors of Ha11 County held a meeting and considered said final plat on July 16�', 2013 upon publication of notice of the same in the Grand Island Independent, a legal newspaper in the county. RESOLVED, upon review ofthe final plat and consideration ofthe recommendations of the Regional Planning Commission, the report of the County Highway Superintendent, and the evidence, testimony, and comments received,the Boazd finds that the plat has been prepazed in compliance with the Hall County Subdivision Regulations and such final plat of White Tail Counhy Subdivision should be and is hereby approved. Dedication of the streets, roads and public easements depicted thereon are hereby approved and accepted.
