6a. DISCUSS AND APPROVE 1°h ADDITIONAL ALLOWABLE INCREASE—Tthis is part of the <br /> lid calculation and how much you can use, otherwise the county would only receive the 2.5% <br /> and would lose the additional growth. It is important to plan for 2 or 3 years out. <br /> Lancaster stated that this additional 1°/a is to allow for growth if it isn't approved we could go <br /> backwards. This is a conservative budget. <br /> Arnold we are not increasing by 1°h we are only allowing ourselves to use the additional growth. <br /> Arnold made a motion Ziola seconded to approve the additional 1% allowable increase. <br /> Arnold, Lancaster, McFarland, Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes and none <br /> voted no. Motion carried. <br /> 6b. DISCUSS AND APPROVE RESOLUTION OF ADOPTION AND APPROPRIATIONS FOR <br /> HALL COUNTY BUDGET-Ziola made a motion and Schuppan seconded to approve <br /> Resolution #13-070 for the adoption and appropriations for the Hall County Budget. Amold, <br /> Lancaster, McFarland, Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes and none voted no. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 5 <br />
