<br /> WHEItEAS,Hal1 County,Nebraska,understands that ths failure to meet a11 requirements£or federal
<br /> �unding cnuld lead to a project(s)being declazed incligible for federa.l funds,which could resu.lt in T.Iall CQUnty,
<br /> Nebraska,bcing required to repay same or all of the federal funds expended for a project(s).

<br /> Nebraska, does hereby adopt and bind itself to comply with all applicable federal law regardiug Federal Aid
<br /> ' funding for transportation construction projects, including tha rules and regulatiozas of the P�deral Highway
<br /> Adaninistration, all applicable state l.aw aud rules and regulations (Nebraska Adsninistrative Cade)xegarding
<br /> Federal-Aid fundax�g for iransportation cozastruction projects,the requirements of the LPA Guidelines Manual
<br /> , of the Nebraska Depat�xient of Roads and the Hflll County,Nebraska,Americans with Disabilitiea AcdSection

<br /> Nebraska,Americ�s with Disabilities Ac�/Section 50A�of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 Policy is adopted as
<br /> provided in Attachmen.t"A", and that I3a11 County,Nebraska, agrses to the Assurances contained in the Hall
<br /> County,Nebxaska,Americans with Disabilities ActlSection 504 of the Rehabilitation Act 19731'olicy.
<br /> BE IT FURTHER RES�LVED thal the Hall County Board of Supervisors hereby d�signates the�Zall
<br /> C�unty�'acilities Director as the ADA/Sectinn 504 Cdordinator for the management and implementation of the
<br /> Hall County,Nebxas[ca,Azn.c:xi.cans with Disabilities Ac;dSection 5��4 af th�e Rahabilitation Act of 1973 Policy.
