HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING MAY 7, 2013 <br /> The Hall County Board of Sup�rvisors convened May 7, 2013 by published call in the County <br /> Board meeting raom, 121 South Pine, Grand Island. <br /> CALL TO ORDER -Th� meeting was called to order by Chairman Pamela Lancaster. <br /> INVOCATION - Invocation was given by Steve Schuppan. <br /> PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE —The Pledge of Allegiance was given in unison. <br /> ROL.L CALL - Present on roll call were, Scott Arnold, Pamela Lancaster, Bob McFarland, Dan <br /> Purdy, Gary Quandt, Steve Schuppan and David Ziola. Also present was Deputy County <br /> Attorney Jack Zitterkopf and Board Assistant Stacey Ruzicka. <br /> NOTICE OF OPEN MEETING I..AW—Chairman Pam�la Lancaster read the notice af open <br /> meeting law. <br /> REQUEST TO RESERVE TIME—Chairman Lancaster stated that if anyone from the audience <br /> has a request to resErve time to speak on a specific agenda item, to please come forward at this <br /> time. No one responded <br /> CONSENT AGENDA�- Purdy made a motion and Quandt seconded to approve the following by <br /> consent agenda: <br /> 1. Placed an file the minutes of the April 23, 2Q13 meeting <br /> 2. 6 Authorized the chair to sign the addendum to inter-local agreement for C.A.N.D.O. <br /> 3. 10 Authorized the Chair to sign the nonbinding group Health Plan disclosure form <br /> 4. 11 Approved budgeting the passpart office funds in the equipment & Impravement <br /> reserve fund far another 5 years <br /> 5. 15 Approved the bi weekly pay claims <br /> 6. 16 Placed on file the office reports from Hall & Howard County Juvenile Servic�s, <br /> County Clerk and the County Attorney statistical report <br /> 7. 17 Placed on file the Hall County Treasurer's miscellaneous receipts <br /> 8. 18 Placed on file communications as received. <br /> Arnold, Lancaster, McFarland, Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes and nane <br /> voted no.
