Also the Criminal Detention meeting with other board members. Abernethy - Attended Head Start Meeting, NACO District Meeting and Criminal Justice Committee meeting Leslie Attended NACO District Meeting Quandt will have Midland Area Agency on Aging meeting this Thursday in Hastings Landis Attended Central Nebraska Community Service Meeting in Loup City, Attended Public Works Committee meeting and Meeting with area Supervisors, Sheriffs etc on detention center. Hartman - Reported on meeting with City Attorney, Deputy County Attorney, Public Works Committee meeting held today at 1:30 They have agreed to have a surcharge on overweight trucks at the City Landfill, fees will go to County for fund to held repair the roads. Will have agreement for next week's meeting. Also spoke in regard to letter from Civil Defense Director in regard to communication tower proposed to be placed on Ordnance plant property. Landis stated would need to contact ReUse Committee and Army in regard to placing at that location. Determined need to get additional information and placp on agenda at later date. Have Howard Maxon, Communication-Civil Defense Director on agenda for next week's meeting in regard to County Communications Tower location study. Stelk - Attended the NACO District Meeting and Criminal Justice Comm- ittee meeting. Determined letter in regard to Nebraska in Washington D.C. needed to be sent to Barrett and Col. Ron Adkins with a copy Commerce. Chair adjourned the meeting at 2:33 p.m. April 2, 1996 at 9:00 a.m. Congressional and Issue Briefing Senators Exon, Kerry, Congressman to Roger Nygaard,Chamber of Next meeting will be Tuesday, 9?1~ ~, Marjori Haubold, Hall County Clerk
