<br />.; 9~~tJ~ <br /> <br />: HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING, FEBRUARY 27, 1996 <br /> <br />called to order by Ch ir Tammie <br /> <br /> <br />given by Reverend ROg+r Ridley <br /> <br />The Hall County Board of Supervisors met February 27 <br />from adjourned session and by published call in the C <br />Meeting Room, Administration Building, 121 South Pine <br />Grand Island, Nebraska. <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was <br />Stelk. <br /> <br />INVOCATION: The invocation was <br />the Grace Baptist Church. <br /> <br />t 9:00 a.m. <br />unty Board <br />Street, <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: The Pledge of Allegiance was g ven. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL: Present on Roll Call were Irene Abernethy Richard <br />Hartman, Margaret Landis, Robert Leslie, Gary Quandt, Judy <br />Rosenkotter, and Tammie Stelk. <br /> <br />MINUTES OF FEBRUARY 20 MEETING: Quandt made a motion <br />seconded by Rosenkotter to accept the minutes as rece <br />Abernethy asked that the spelling of Mylus Robinson's <br />corrected. Quandt, Landis, Hartman, Stelk, Leslie, <br />and Rosenkotter voted yes and none voted no. Motion <br /> <br />COUNTY ATTORNEY--REQUEST FOR PERMISSION TO PURCHASE C <br />BOOKS AND MATERIALS: Deputy County Attorney Jerom Ja <br />explained the office's lack of civil law materials to <br />issues. He requested up to $3,500 in keno funds. Ro <br />made a motion which was seconded by Abernethy to allo <br />County Attorney's office and Janulewicz to spend up t <br />from the keno fund to purchase civil law materials. <br />was discussed. Landis made a motion which was second <br />Hartman to call for the question. Quandt, Landis, Ha <br />Stelk, Leslie, Abernethy, and Rosenkotter voted yes a <br />voted no. Motion carried. On the original motion, Q <br />Landis, Hartman, Stelk, Leslie, Abernethy, and Rosenk <br />yes and none voted no. The issue wa discussed. <br /> <br />PUBLIC PARTICIPATION: None. <br /> <br />COMMENCE AUDIT OF MONTHLY CLAIMS: (9:15 a.m. to 9:54 a.m.) <br /> <br />ACTION ON CLAIM AUDIT: Quandt made a motion which wa <br />by Hartman to pay the monthly claims.
