<br />A~1 f31g <br /> <br />HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING NOVEMBER 18, 1997 <br /> <br />The Hall County Board of Supervisors met from adjourned session <br />and by published call November 18, 1997, at 9:00 a.m., in the <br />county Board meeting room, 121 South Pine, Grand Island, <br />Nebraska. <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order by Chairman Huey <br />Long. <br /> <br />INVOCATION: Invocation was given by Pastor Allen Runyan. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL: Present on roll call were Irene Abernethy, Richard <br />Hartman, Pamela Lancaster, Margaret Landis, Huey Long, Gary <br />Quandt and Tammie Stelk. Also present were Deputy County <br />Attorney, Jerry Janulewicz and news media representatives from <br />KRGI and the Grand Island Independent. <br /> <br />MINUTES OF THE NOVEMBER 4 MEETING: A correction was made to the <br />minutes adding Buffalo County to the list of counties surveyed. <br />Stelk made a motion by consent agenda and Landis seconded to <br />accept and place on file the minutes of November 4, with the <br />correction, to accept and place on file the Hall County <br />Treasurer's Miscellaneous Receipts, the office reports from the <br />Health Department, Hall County Sheriff, County Clerk, Register of <br />Deeds, County Court and the Clerk of the District Court and to <br />approve Resolution #970075 to Withdraw Collateral from the State <br />Bank of Cairo, Resolution #97-0076 to Exchange Collateral from <br />the State Bank of Cairo and Resolution #97-0077 to Withdraw <br />collateral from the Overland National Bank. Abernethy, Hartman, <br />Lancaster, Landis, Long, Quandt and Stelk all voted yes and none <br />voted no.
