~/,L- g~1 COUNTY BOARD SECRETARY REPORT: Lisa Hagen requested the performance reports be turned in wanted to know if the board members would be attending the 4H BBQ on November 8. BOARD MEMBERS REPORTS: Stelk - She attended the Heartland Vision town hall meeting, the joint city and county meeting on November 3 and the public forum at College Park and noted the low attendance. There was a brief computer committee meeting and there will be a long-range planning meeting on Friday. Quandt - He attended the public works meeting, the joint city and county prison meeting, the computer meeting and there will be a parks committee meeting at noon. Landis - She attended a Reuse sub-committee meeting and the Reuse open forum at College Park, the audit committee meeting, public works committee meeting, the CVB committee meeting and there will be a parks committee meeting at noon and the work study session on Wednesday. Hartman- He attended the prison meetings, the Reuse sub-committee and the Reuse open forum, the public works committee meeting and there will be a parks committee meeting at noon. Lancaster - She attended the Reuse meetings, the audit committee meeting, the two prison meetings, the eVE meeting and there will be a salary work study and the long range planning meeting. Abernethy - She attended the audit committee meeting and took part in the emergency planning training. The merit commission interviewed 22 people and certified 3 names to the sheriff. She was disappointed in the low attendance at the prison meetings. There will be a Head Start meeting. Long - He attended the Reuse meetings, the audit committee meeting and the Midland Area Agency on Aging meeting. He also attended a focus group luncheon in Kearney at the Richard Young Center. He also attended the prison meetings and stated Mr. Clark gave an excellent presentation. COMMITTEE REPORTS: Abernethy asked if the juvenile survey was ready to send. This survey will be mailed.
