HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING APRIL 9, 2013 <br /> The Hall County Board of Supervisors convened April 9, 2013 by published call in the County <br /> Board meeting room, 121 South Pine, Grand Island. <br /> CALL TO ORDER -The meeting was called to order by Chairman Pamela Lancaster. <br /> INVOCATI�N - Invocation was given by Steve Schuppan. <br /> PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANC� �-The Pledge of Allegiance was given in unison. <br /> ROLL CALL - Present on roll call were, Scott Arnold absent for funeral of family member, <br /> Pamela Lancaster, Bob McFarland, Dan Purdy, Gary Quandt, Steve Schuppan and David Ziola. <br /> Also present was Deputy County Attorney Jack Zitterkopf and Board Assistant Stacey Ruzicka. <br /> NOTICE OF OPEN M�ETING LAW—Chairman Pamela Lancaster read the notice of open <br /> meeting law. <br /> REQUEST TO RESERV� TIME—Chairman Lancaster stated that if anyone from the audience <br /> has a request to reserve time to speak on a specific agenda item, to please come farward at this <br /> time. No one responded <br /> CONSENT AGENDA— Purdy made a motion and Quandt seconded to approv�the following by <br /> consent agenda: <br /> 1. Approved the minutes of the March 26, 2013 meeting <br /> 2. 10 Approved the special designated liquor license for Marock Inc. at Heartland Public <br /> Shooting Park for June 8, 2013 for a fund raiser for Hope Harbor <br /> 3. 11 Approved the manager's license for Scatt Kinnan with Pilot Travel Center 11775 S <br /> Hwy 11 Wood River <br /> 4. 12 Autharized the Chair to sign the Juvenile Accountability Block Grant application <br /> 5. 14 Approved the appointment of Dan Purdy and Bob McFarland to the Metropolitan <br /> Planning Organizatian Policy Board <br /> 6. 18 Placed on file the office reports from Hall 8 Howard County Juvenile Services, <br /> County Clerk, County Sheriff for January and February <br /> 7. 19 Placed on file the Hall County Treasurer's Miscellaneous receipts <br /> 8. 20 Placed on file communications <br /> Lancaster, McFarland, Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes and none voted no. <br /> Arnold was absent.
