9. 10:45 A.M. PUBLIC HEARING FOR A LIQUOR LICENSE FOR NEBRASKA BOTTLE <br /> MARKET AT 7838 S. US HIGHWAY 281- Quandt made a motion and Purdy seconded to open <br /> the public hearing. Lancaster, McFarland, Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan and Ziala all voted yes and <br /> none voted no. Arnold was absent. Motion carried. <br /> The application was reviewed by the Sheriff's department and Deputy Rea stated that he did not <br /> see any reason to not approve the license. Mr. Zoul was present to answer any questions. ' <br /> They are requesting a Class D license for retail sale. They are located in the former NN studio <br /> building that has been vacant for many years. It is south of the hotel on the west side. <br /> Chairman Lancaster called for questions and no one responded. <br /> Quandt made a motian and Purdy seconded to close the public hearing. Lancaster, McFarland, <br /> Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes and non� voted na. Arnold was absent. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Quandt made a motion and Ziola seconded to approv�the (iquor license for Nebraska <br /> Bottle Market at 783$ S US Highway 281. EXECUTIVE SESSION —REAL ESTATE ACQUISITION — Purdy made a motion and <br /> McFarland seconded to go into executive session regarding real estate acquisition. This <br /> executive session is to protect the public interest. L.ancaster, McFarland, Purdy, Quandt, <br /> Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes and nane voted no. Arnold was absent. Motion carried. <br /> Chairman Lancaster requested that Stacy Ruzicka and Jack Zitterkopf stay for the executive <br /> session. <br /> 10:47 a.m. executive session. <br /> 11:50 a.m. Ziola made a motion and McFarland seconded to go out of executive session. <br /> Lancaster, McFarland, Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes and none vated no. <br /> Arnald was absent.
