Held a break until 10:30 a.m. for the public hearing. <br /> 8. 10:30 A.M. PUBLIC HEARING FOR COOPERATIVE PRODUCERS FOR A CONDITIONAL <br /> USE PERMIT FOR A FERTILIZER AN� PETROLEUM FACILITY - Quandt made a motion and <br /> Ziola seconded to open the public hearing. Lancaster, McFarland, Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan <br /> and Ziola all voted yes and none voted no. Arnold was absent. Motion carried. <br /> Loran Humphrey stated this is a renewal for Coaperative Producers they sell fertilizer, <br /> petroleum products and tires. The resolution has been chang�d to include all of these products. <br /> He and Mr. Schuppan visited the site and there were no irregularities. The business is based <br /> out of Hastings, Nebraska. Mr. Purdy questioned if the site is fenced and it is. Ms. Lancaster <br /> stated that she appreciates the site visits and the proc�ss that is used. <br /> Quandt made a motion and Purdy seconded to close the public hearing. Lancaster, McFarland, <br /> Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes and nane voted no. Arnald was absent. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 8B DISCUSS AND APPROVE RESOLUTION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> Schuppan made a motion and Ziola seconded to approve Resolution #13-022 for the conditional <br /> use permit for Cooperative Praducers. Lancaster, McFarland, Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan and <br /> Ziola all voted yes and none voted no. Arnold was absent. Motion carried. <br /> 7 <br />
