HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING MARCH 26, 2013 <br /> The Hall County Board of Supervisors convened March 26, 2013 by published call in the County <br /> Board meeting room, 121 South Pine, Grand Island. <br /> CALL TO ORDER-The meeting was called to order by Chairman Pamela Lancaster. <br /> INVOCATION - Invocation was giv�n by Scott Arnold. <br /> PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE —The Pledge af Allegiance was given in unison. <br /> ROLL CALL - Present on roll call were, Scott Arnold, Pam�la Lancaster, Bob McFarland, Dan <br /> Purdy, Gary Quandt, Steve Schuppan and David Ziola. Also present was Deputy County <br /> Attorney Jack Zitterkopf and Board Assistant Stacey Ruzicka. <br /> NOTIC� OF OPEN MEETING LAW—Chairman Pam�la Lancaster read the notice of open <br /> meeting law. <br /> REQUEST TO RESERVE TIME—Chairman Lancaster stated that if anyone from the audience <br /> has a request to reserve time to speak on a specific agenda item, to please come forward at this <br /> time. No one responded <br /> CONSENT AGENDA— Purdy made a motion and Quandt seconded to approve the following by <br /> Consent agenda: <br /> 1. Placed on file the minutes of the March 12, 2013 meeting <br /> 2. 7 Set the public hearing for a conditional use permit for April 9, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. for <br /> Platte Valley Communications tor a tower <br /> 3. 7 b) Set the public hearing for a conditional use permit for April 9, 2Q13 at 10:15 a.m. for <br /> Darling International for animal by products <br /> 4. 7 c) Set the public hearing for a conditional use permit for April 9, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. for <br /> Cooperative Producers Inc for ag supplies sales <br /> 5. 8 Placed on file the Hall County Treasurer's return of public tax sale proceedings <br /> 6. 9 Authorized the Chair to sign the contract award for Central Nebraska Drug 8� Safe <br /> Streets Task Force <br /> 7. 10 Authorized the Chair to sign the maintenance and service agreement form <br /> Morphotrack Inc <br /> 8. 12 Approved the amusement license for Mid Nebraska Speedway <br /> 9. 13 Approved the addendum to Scales Interlocal agreement to add Cazad Palice <br /> Department <br /> 10. 16 Placed on file the office reports from the Register af Deeds and the County Attorney <br /> statistical report <br /> 11. 17 Placed on file the Hall County Treasurer's Miscellaneous Receipts <br /> 12. 18 Placed on file communications as received <br /> Arnold, Lancaster, McFarland, Purdy, Quandt Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes and none voted <br /> no.
