HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING MARCH 12, 2Q13 The Hall County Board of Supervisors convened March 12, 2013 by published call in the County Board meeting room, 121 South Pine, Grand Island. CALL TO ORDER -The meeting was called to order by Chairman Pam�la Lancaster. INVOCATION - Invocation was given by ScottArnold. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE --The Pledge of Allegiance was given in unison. ROLL CALL - Present on rall call were, Scott Arnold, Pamela Lancaster, Bob McFarland, Dan Purdy, Gary Quandt, Steve Schuppan and David Ziola. Also present was D�puty County Attarney Jack Zitt�rkopf and Board Assistant Stacey Ruzicka. NOTICE OF OPEN MEETING LAW—Chairman Pamela Lancaster read the notice of open meeting law. REQUEST TO RESERVE TIME— Chairman Lancaster stated that if anyone from the audience has a request to reserve time to speak on a specific agenda item, ta please come forward at this time. No on� responded CONSENT AGENDA— Purdy made a motion and Quandt seconded to approve the following by Consent agenda: 1. Placed on file the minutes of the February 26, 2013 me�ting 2. 7 Placed on file the Hall County Treasurer's o�ce financial report far February 10, 2Q12 3. Item 9 was pulled from consent far discussion 4. 1 Q Approved Resolution#13-012 for pledged collateral for County Clerk in the amount of $1,690,OOa.�0 5. 11 Approved the final plat and Resolution #13-013 for Glae subdivision 6. 12 a approved the bi weekly pay claims 7. 12 b Approved the early claim for US Bank 8. 13 Place on file the office reports from Convention Visitors Bureau, County Clerk, Hall & Howard County Juvenile services 9. 14 Placed on file the Hall County Treasurer's Miscellaneous receipts 10. 15 Placed on file communications as received Arnold, Lancaster, McFarland, Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes and none voted no.
