<br />APPROVE RIGHT OF ENTRY AND LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR COMMUNICATION
<br />TOWER: Daniel Hostler, Public Works Director, stated that it is
<br />necessary to have the license to proceed with the work. Landis
<br />stated that there are two licenses that are necessary. Landis
<br />made a motion and Hartman seconded to approve the right of entry
<br />agreement and authorize the Chair to sign the two licenses.
<br />Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long and Quandt all voted
<br />yes and none voted no, with Stelk absent. Motion carried.
<br />
<br />APPROVE THE AGREEMENT WITH HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES FOR CHILD
<br />SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT: This item will be reviewed by the board
<br />members and placed on the September 9 meeting.
<br />
<br />PUBLIC PARTICIPATION: Chairman Long called for public
<br />participation but no one responded.
<br />
<br />DISCUSSION ON AD FOR REUSE MEETING: Landis requested permission
<br />from the Board to place an ad for the redevelopment of the
<br />Cornhusker Army Ammunition Plant in the paper. It would be a
<br />larger ad. Lancaster made a motion and Landis seconded to
<br />approve the ad for the Reuse meeting. Abernethy, Hartman,
<br />Lancaster, Landis, Long and Quandt all voted yes and none voted
<br />no, with Stelk absent. Motion carried.

<br />RICK STEPANEK - BOILER REPAIR: Hartman reported that the Building
<br />and Grounds ~ommittee met and reviewed the informal bids for the
<br />boiler repairs and the committee recommended accepting the low
<br />bid with Johnson Boiler and to have Jerry Janulewicz send a
<br />letter stating all the requirements that will be needed. Hartman
<br />made a motion and Abernethy seconded to accept the low bid from
<br />Johnson Boiler. Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long and
<br />Quandt all voted yes and none voted no, with Stelk absent.

<br />COMMUNICATIONS: Lancaster made a motion and Abernethy seconded to
<br />accept and place on file the Hall County Treasurer's MiscellaneouF
<br />Receipts and communications. Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster,
<br />Landis, Long and Quandt all voted yes and none voted no, with
<br />Stelk absent. Motion carried.
