<br />97 F ;;;'0:'-1- <br /> <br />RESOLUTI0N710dZf 3 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, is desirous of obtaining additional <br /> <br />property for highway improvement purposes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, has successfully negotiated with <br /> <br />Deborah L. Shriner for the sale of certain real estate to be described in the following; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, is empowered by the Constitution <br /> <br />and laws of the State of Nebraska to purchase real estate for highway improvement purposes and <br /> <br />accept deeds conveying that real estate. <br /> <br />NOW, TIlEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY TIlE HALL COUNTY BOARD OF <br /> <br />SUPER VISORS, Hall County, State of Nebraska, to accept on behalf of Hall County, grantee, a <br /> <br />warranty deed from Deborah L. Shriner, grantor, to the following described real <br /> <br />estate: <br /> <br />A tract ofland comprising a part of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section <br />Twenty-four (24), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M. <br />Hall County, Nebraska and more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the southwest comer of said Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4); thence running <br />easterly along the southerly line of said Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4), a distance of Fifty <br />Five (55.0) feet, to the ACTUAL point of beginning; thence deflecting left 90 00'00" and <br />running northerly a distance of Forty (40.0) feet; thence running easterly parallel with and <br />Forty (40.0) feet north of the south line of said Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4), a distance of <br />Five Hundred Sixty Four and Thirty One Hundredths (564.31) feet; thence running <br />southerly parallel with the west line of said Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4), a distance of <br />Forty (40.0) feet, to a point on the south line of said Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4); thence <br />running westerly along the southerly line of said Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4), a distance of <br />Five Hundred Sixty Four and Thirty One Hundredths (564.31) feet, to the ACTUAL point <br />of beginning and containing 0..518 acres more or less, of which 0.428 acres more or less is <br />presently occupied by public road right-of-way.
