Hartman made a motion and Lancaster <br />seconded to approve resolutions 97-0042, 97-0043 and 97-0044. <br />Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long and Quandt all voted <br />yes and none voted no, Stelk absent. Motion carried. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 'i 7 ~f cf-' <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, is desirous of obtaining additional <br /> <br />property for highway improvement purposes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, has successfully negotiated with <br /> <br />Langmeier Limited Partnership for the sale of certain real estate to be described in the following. and <br />, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, is empowered by the Constitution <br /> <br />and laws of the State of Nebraska to purchase real estate for highway improvement purposes and <br /> <br />accept deeds conveying that real estate. <br /> <br />NOW, TIIEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY TIIE HALL COUNTY BOARD OF <br /> <br />SUPER VISORS, Hall County, State of Nebraska, to accept on behalf of Hall County, grantee, a <br /> <br />warranty deed from Langmeier Limited Partnership, grantor, to the following described real <br /> <br />estate: <br /> <br />A tract ofland comprising a part of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section <br />Twenty-four (24), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M. <br />Hall County, Nebraska and more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the southeast comer of said Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4); thence running <br />westerly along the southerly line of said Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4), a distance of Two <br />Hundred Eighty and Sixty Nine Hundredths (280.69) feet; thence running northerly <br />parallel with the easterly line of said Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) a distance of Forty <br />(40.0) feet; thence running easterly parallel with and Forty (40.0) feet north of the south <br />line of said Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4), a distance of Two Hundred Eighty and Sixty <br />Nine Hundredths (280.69) feet, to a point on the easterly line of said Southwest Quarter <br />(SW 1/4), a distance of Forty (40.0) feet, to the point of beginning and containing 0.258 <br />acres more or less of which 0.213 acres more or less is presently occupied by county road <br />right-of-way.
