<br />COUNTY ATTORNEY: Stelk made a motion and Landis seconded to hold
<br />executive sessions for guidance on FOP and CWA negotiations,
<br />workman's compensation claim, workman's compensation claim for
<br />Lynn Ziola and executive session with the County Board's legal
<br />counsel. The news media questioned holding all three executive
<br />sessions at once. Deputy County Attorney Jerry Janulewicz stated
<br />that this was satisfactory. Any action taken by the board will
<br />be in open session. Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis,
<br />Quandt and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no, Long absent.

<br />10:00 A.M. Quandt made a motion and Stelk seconded to return to
<br />regular session for the bid opening. Abernethy, Hartman,

<br />no, Long absent. Motion carried.
