<br />REPORT ON BOX ELDER PROJECT: Dan Hostler, Public Works Director presented
<br />written information in regard to the project. ClO(490) Shelton Northeast,
<br />Project NO l30-P20-l47-97 received from Miller & Associates Consulting
<br />Engineers PC, Kearney, NE. This project is in cooperation with Buffalo
<br />County, located See 36-10-13 Buffalo County and See 31-10-12 Hall County.
<br />
<br />REQUEST FROM AGRICULTURAL INSTITUTE OF NEBRASKA INC. Written opinion was
<br />received from Deputy County Attorney Janulewicz.
<br />Motion by Landis, seconded by Stelk that the Agricultural Institute of
<br />Nebraska request in regard to 1995 tax exemption be denied because of the
<br />Deputy Attorney opinion. Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Quandt and
<br />Stelk voted yes, none voted no. Long was absent. Motion carried.

<br />FINAL PLAT - HEAVENLY HAVEN SUBDIVISION located south of Husker Highway and
<br />immediately west of Blaine Street, adjacent to Meadowlark Subdivision.
<br />Regional Planning Commission recommended approval of the final plat.
<br />Motion by Landis, seconded by Stelk to approve the final plat and authorize
<br />Vice Chair to sign. Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Quandt and
<br />Stelk voted yes, none voted no. Long was ab~ent. Motion carried.

<br />RENEWAL AMUSEMENT LICENSE FOR MID NEBRASKA SPEEDWAY, DONIPHAN, NEBFASKA.
<br />Renewal application was presented. Supervisor Hartman requested to table
<br />action until later date.
<br />Motion by Landis, seconded by Lancaster to table for two weeks and
<br />put renewal application on agenda in two weeks. Abernethy, Hartman,
<br />Lancaster, Landis, Quandt and Stelk voted yes, none voted no. Long was
<br />absent. Motion carried.

<br />BOARD OFFICE MANAGEMENT - CENTRAL FILES: Supervisor Lancaster explained the
<br />reason for agenda item. Discussion followed.
<br />Motion by Lancaster, seconded by Hartman to create 2 file for Board
<br />Committees to be kept in Board Assistant office. Abernethy, Hartman, Lan-
<br />caster, Landis, Quandt and Stelk voted yes, none voted no. Long was absent.
