Returned to regular session Hall County Board of Supervisors <br />meeting. Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long, Quandt and Stelk <br />were present. None were absent. <br /> <br />Supervisor Quandt questioned Supervisor Stelk about letter she. h~.d received <br />in regard to Sheriff Fosket. Stelk stated was confid8ntial and she had <br />given letter to Deputy Attorney Janulewicz. Discussion continued. <br />Attorney Jerom Janulewicz came to the meeting. He provided a copy <br />to each Board Member of letter in question from Sheriff Fosket's Attorney. <br /> <br />MERRICK COUNTY: Phone call was received from Merrick County Clerk in behalf <br />of Merrick County Board of Supervisors in regard to a meeting they have <br />requested with Milt Moravek at the Central Platte NRD Office on Thursday, <br />January 16, 1997 at 1:00 p.m. Merrick County will have 3 members attending <br />and asked for 3 members from Hall County attend the meeting. <br />Chair Long appointed Landis, Hartman and Long to attend the meeting. <br /> <br />ROAD FUND CLAIM TO MOTOR FUEL DIVISION: Claim for quarterly payment of <br />diesel fuel was presented for payment. <br />Motion by Hartman, seconded by Quandt to pay the Road Fund claim to <br />Motor Fuel Division for diesel fuel for 4th quartpr 1996, $1619.20 <br />Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long, Quandt and Stelk voted yes, <br />none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />GENERAL FUND CLAIM TO MID AMERICAN BENEFITS INC: Claim for hec.l th insurance <br />for claims account was presented for payment. <br />Motion by Hartman, seconded by Abernethy to approve payment of the <br />Mid American Benefits Inc, $15,000.00 for health insurance for Hall County's <br />claim account. Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long, Quandt and <br />Stelk voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE REPORT: <br />ation was presented and read. <br />The Hall County Pubic Works Committee recommends the Hall County Board of <br />Supervisors receive bids for Materials to build Bridge No. 41GS, Project No. <br />C40(40(283).
