~ <6 F Ol!bC) AUTHORIZE THE CHAIR TO SIGN NOTIFICATION OF COUNTY HIGHWAY SUPERINTENDENT: Long made a motion and Stelk seconded to authorize the Chair to sign the notification. Arnold, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long, Quandt and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. AUTHORIZE THE CHAIR TO SIGN THE DEPARTMENT OF ROADS AGREEMENTS ON PROJECTS STPM-NFG-40(45) CN 42062 RAIL ROAD CROSSINGS: Stelk made a motion and Long seconded to authorize the Chair to sign. Arnold abstained and Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long, Quandt and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. COUNTY ACCEPTANCE OF PAVED ROAD AT CAAP: Landis stated that from the reuse meeting the county board will need a resolution to accept the responsibility of the maintenance for the roads. They will need to meet state standards. Tax dollars are not used to do this, instead a percentage of the rent is set aside for the paving. Lancaster made a motion and Stelk seconded to send a letter to support and encourage releasing the funding for the roads. Arnold, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long, Quandt and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. SET PUBLIC HEARING FOR CONDITION USE PERMIT FOR NITRO CONSTRUCTION: Stelk made a motion by consent agenda and Landis seconded to set the public hearing for the conditional use permit for Nitro Construction for December 8 at 10:30 a.m., to appoint Mary Stoltenberg and Randal Gunn to the Cooperative Extension Board, and to accept and place on file the office reports from the Register of Deeds and the Clerk of the District Court and the Hall County Treasurer's Miscellaneous Receipts. Arnold, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long, Quandt and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried.
