<br />q~F(j~WD <br /> <br />ACCEPT AND PLACE ON FILE THE LETTER FROM COUNTY TREASURER ON <br />DISTRESS WARRANTS: Abernethy made a motion and Long seconded to <br />accept and place on file the letter and list of distress <br />warrants. Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long, Quandt <br />and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION ON BANK OF VOLUNTEERS: This request in reference to an <br />appointment to the Convention Visitors Bureau Board. The board <br />voted to run the ad for the volunteers again because of the <br />vacancy. Discussion was held if there should be a cut off date <br />in the ad that is run in the paper and the board stated the ad <br />will be run once a year and applications will be accepted through <br />out the year. A list of the volunteers will be sent to the <br />respective boards to use when there is a vacancy. The <br />applications will be held for two years. <br /> <br />Stelk made a motion and Abernethy seconded to accept and place on <br />file the office reports from the Hall County Sheriff, the Hall <br />County Clerk, statistical report from the County Attorney and the <br />Register of Deeds and the communications and Hall County <br />Treasurer's Miscellaneous Receipts. Abernethy, Hartman, <br />Lancaster, Landis, Long, Quandt and Stelk all voted yes and none <br />voted no.
