Abernethy, <br />Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long, Quandt and Stelk all voted yes <br />and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />5-minute break <br /> <br />Public Work Director Dan Hostler stated that the low bidder on <br />the salt/sander was Midwest Service and Sales Company with a <br />total bid of $5,550.00. Long made a motion and Landis seconded <br />to award the bid to Midwest Service and Sales Company. <br />Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long, Quandt and Stelk all <br />voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />PUBLIC PARTICIPATION: Darlene Niemoth, 5575 Sky Park Road <br />requested to speak to the board concerning campaign signs that <br />were put in the right-of-ways. Mr. Long apologized that the <br />signs were placed there and stated that they would be removed. <br /> <br />COUNTY ATTORNEY EXECUTIVE SESSIONS: Abernethy made a motion and <br />Stelk seconded to go into executive session regarding discussion <br />of settlement negotiations regarding Sager vs. Hall County and <br />discussion of negotiation strategy regarding settlement agreement <br />and collective bargaining agreement with Hall County Public <br />Defenders Organization. Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, <br />Long, Quandt and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. Motion <br />carried. <br />
