9Y-Fv~?f ACCEPT PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION FOR BID OPENING FOR BOX CULVERTS. The following recommendation was read: PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE REPORT The Hall County Public Works Committee recommends the Hall County Board of Supervisors receive bids on six concrete box culverts on September 22, 1998, at 10:00 a.m. Signed by the members of the public works committee. Long made a motion and Stelk seconded to set the bid opening for September 22, 1998 at 10:00 a.m. Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Long, Quandt and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. Landis was absent. Motion carried. APPROVE AG INSTITUTE TO PUT SIGN FOR HUSKER HARVEST DAYS AND USE WATER TRUCK: Stelk made a motion and Abernethy seconded to approve placing directional signs for Husker Harvest Days and to utilize the water truck to control the dust. Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Long, Quandt and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. Landis was absent. Motion carried. APPROVE RESOLUTION AND AUTHORIZE TO SIGN CERTIFICATION ON PROJECT C40238 BRIDGE: Quandt made a motion and Stelk seconded to approve Resolution #98-0054 requesting credit for C40(283) bridge project and authorize the Chair to sign the certification. Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Long, Quandt and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. Landis was absent. Motion carried. RESOLUTION # q~-005~ WHEREAS, the County of Hall, State of Nebraska requests credit for 80% of the eligible construction cost of County Project No. C40(283) State Bridge No C00400 1020 to be applied as credit for the Non-Federal Share offutuI:e HBRRP Projects, in accordance with the provisions of Section 123(e) of the 1987 Surface Transportation and Uniform Relocation Assistance Act Off-System Bridge Program. WHEREAS, the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, has successfully completed construction of Project No. C40(283) State Bridge No C00400 1 020 to meet all conditions necessary to qualify for the credit mentioned above, subject to the penalties of US Code, Title 18, Section 1020. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVIOSRS, Hall County, State of Nebraska, requests credit for 80% of the eligible construction cost of Project No. C40(283) State Bridge No C004001020 and be applied as credit for Non-Federal share of future HBRRP Projects.
