Long made <br />a motion and Stelk' seconded to reappoint Gus Camp as the <br />representative from Wood River Legion Post #314. Abernethy, <br />Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long, Quandt and Stelk all voted yes <br />and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />COUNTY BOARD SECRETARY REPORT: Lisa Hagen reminded the board of <br />the luncheon with the Hall County Housing Authority. <br /> <br />COUNTY BOARD MEMBERS REPORTS: Quandt - He attended the criminal <br />justice committee meeting and the senior citizens meeting. <br /> <br />Long - He attended the public hearing on the railroad and the <br />work study session on the budgets, a building and grounds <br />committee meeting, and the joint city county meeting. <br /> <br />Abernethy - She attended the merit commission meeting, the joint <br />city county meeting and toured the district judges offices, and <br />she will work at the household hazardous waste collection that <br />will be held at Fonner Park. <br /> <br />Landis - She attended a committee meeting with regional planning <br />on the changes on the zoning of 5-acre tracts of land and there <br />was a Reuse meeting and discussion was held on the auctions for <br />the real estate. <br /> <br />Stelk - She attended the budget work-study sessions, the joint <br />meeting with the city, a computer committee meeting and a library <br />board meeting. She also attended the weed board meeting and <br />there was an insurance committee meeting this morning. <br /> <br />Hartman - He attended most of the same meetings and requested <br />that when the chair of a committee calls a meeting that there <br />should be at least 48 hours notice to the committee members <br />unless there was an emergency. <br /> <br />Lancaster - She reported that the computer committee met and a <br />memo was sent to all departments stating that any computer <br />purchase must first go through the computer committee. She also <br />attended the joint meeting with the city, the reuse committee <br />meeting and is now the chair on the roads sub-committee. The <br />roads at the CAAP will need to be brought up to standard. She <br />also reported that she had received questions concerning the <br />support level of the Hall County Board for Stuhr Museum. She <br />requested that the committee that was addressing the appearance <br />of the grounds at the administration building has not made any <br />progress and would like to pursue this matter again. <br /> <br />NEW OR UNFINISHED BUSINESS: A work study session will be held on <br />
