Funds may be transferred annually to the Fund by the Hall County Board of Supervisors and, <br />with the consent of the County Board, by any county office, department,",agency. Amounts <br />transferred shall come from the department, office, or agency establishing a project and shall <br />be reflected as an expenditure in the year transferred. <br />2. Projects for which said funds are transferred must be specifically identified prior to the transfer <br />of funds into the Fund. All funds shall be identified in the County's annual budget with a <br />specific description of each project and the amount of funds pertaining to each project. <br />3. Project funds may be accumulated for no more than five (5) years. Funds remaining longer <br />than five (5) years shall revert to the County General Fund. <br />4. Before funds can be withdrawn, a written request must be presented identifying the project <br />and the amount of funds to be withdrawn. <br />5. Project funds may be accumulated only for the purpose of paying for acquisition or <br />replacement of tangible personal property with a useful life offive years or more. <br />6.
