c;g-FCJ~/~- CONSIDER AND ADOPT RESOLUTION RECONVEYING PROJECT FOR 1981 INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT REVENUE BONDS FOR H&H PARTNERSHIP PROJECT: Notification was received that these bonds have been paid in full and the property needs to be reconveyed back to H&H Partnership. Janulewicz recommended to adopt the resolution and have the documents executed to transfer the property. Quandt made a motion and Lancaster seconded to approve Resolution #98-0034. Abernethy, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Long and Quandt all voted yes and none voted no, with Stelk absent. Motion carried. RESOLUTION # qg -003 i WHEREAS, the County of Hall, Nebraska is the owner of a ~easehold interest in certain real property, described in Exhibit "A" which is aiitached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and personal property and improvements which property is known collectively as the H & H Partnership Project (herein called "the Project"); and WHEREAS, pursuant to the $425,000 County of Hall, Nebraska Industrial Development Revenue Bonds Series 1981 (H & H Partnership Project), the County of Hall, Nebraska, as Lessor, entered into a lease agreement with H & H Partnership, as Lessee, wherein the Lessee was granted an option to purchase the County of Hall's interest in the project from the County upon termination of the lease following full payment of the aforesaid bonds; and WHEREAS, the successor trustee, Five Points Bank, has certified that the aforesaid bonds have been paid in full and all interest coupons thereof have been redeemed in full. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED that the Hall County, Nebraska County Board of Supervisors hereby finds that all conditions precedent to conveyance of the project to H & H Partnership have been satisfied.
