<br />q f~ c9cJ fie; <br /> <br />COUNTY BOARD SECRETARY REPORT: Lisa Hagen presented an estimate <br />for repairs to the video system for the boards review. Lancaster <br />requested that the news media be asked to keep their cameras <br />behind a certain line and requested that building and grounds <br />mark the floor. <br /> <br />BOARD MEMBER'S REPORTS: Quandt - He attended Region III Mental <br />Health meeting and asked if Lancaster could take his place on <br />Senior Citizens Industries. <br /> <br />Long - He attended the audit committee meeting, the Scott Frost <br />recognition, Stuhr Museum board meeting and the meeting at <br />Walnut Middle School and will attend CNCS today. <br /> <br />Abernethy - She attended the Family Violence Board meeting, 2 <br />safety committee meetings with Jason Clancy, building and grounds <br />committee, corrections committee Region III, Leadership Tomorrow, <br />the Scott Frost recognition and the NACO Central District <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Stelk - She attend a health board meeting, and insurance <br />committee meeting and will go over the PPO providers with Lee <br />Johnson in May and will have an ADA meeting March 25 and a <br />computer committee meeting on April 2. <br /> <br />Landis - She attended the Reuse and corrections committee and the <br />prison meeting at Walnut. <br /> <br />Lancaster - She met with Rod Bass, Dan Hostler and Pat to do <br />surveys for the new addition at Mid-Plains. the NACO Central <br />District meeting, CVB board meeting and the improvements to the <br />buildings was referred back to the committee and also the prison <br />meeting at Walnut. <br /> <br />Hartman - He attended the Reuse meeting, Mid-Plains and the <br />meeting at Walnut. <br /> <br />Hartman turned the meeting over to Vice chair Tammie Stelk. <br /> <br />COMMENCE AUDIT OF MONTHLY CLAIMS AND ACTION ON CLAIM AUDIT: <br />Audited claims. Abernethy made a motion and Lancaster seconded <br />to hold for clarification claims 98003033 and 98003045. <br />Abernethy, Lancaster, Landis, Quandt and Stelk all voted yes and <br />none voted no with Hartman and Long absent. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Landis made a motion and Lancaster seconded to hold claim 9803457 <br />for clarification. Abernethy, Lancaster and Landis voted yes and <br />Stelk and Quandt voted no with Hartman and Long absent. <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned at 3:35 a.m. The next meeting will be April <br />14, 1998. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Clerk <br />
