<br />'13 F t::JO ~''15 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #98 <br /> <br />/)"0 <br /> <br />/1 <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION PERMITTING THE CONDITIONAL USE OF THE <br />NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTON <br />TWENTY-THREE (23), TOWNSHIP TEN (10) NORTH, RANGE TWELVE <br />(12) WEST OF THE 6TH P. M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Heartland Co-op, a Nebraska corporation, hereinafter referred to as <br /> <br />permittee, is the owner ofa tract of land to-wit: The Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter <br /> <br />(NE1I4NE1I4) of Section Twenty-Three (23), Township Ten (10) North, Range Twelve (12) <br /> <br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, permittee has applied for a permit to use the above described property for <br /> <br />operation of an anhydrous ammonia fertilizer facility and for petroleum storage and accessory <br /> <br />uses; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the above-described property is located in AG-l and AG-2 Zoning District; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, anhydrous ammonia fertilizer facilities and petroleum storage facilities and <br /> <br />accessory uses are permitted conditional uses within the AG-l and AG-2 Zoning Districts; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Hall County Board of Supervisors held a public hearing at its regular <br /> <br />meeting on January 27, 1998, on permittee's application following published notice of said <br /> <br />public hearing; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County Board of Hall County, Nebraska has the authority under the <br /> <br />County Zoning Resolution to permit the use of real property within the AG-l and AG-2 Zoning <br /> <br />Districts for anhydrous ammonia fertilizer facilities and similar toxic storage and accessory uses <br /> <br />subject to such conditions as determined proper by the County Board of Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />NOW BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />
