B) CONSIDER AND TAKE ACTION ON PROPOSED DE-MINIMUS L�TTER FOR CAPITAL <br /> AV�NUE WIDENING PROJECT AS IT RELATES TO THE HALL COUNTY VET�RANS PARK <br /> — Mr. Zitt�rkopf stated that this was discussed 2 weeks ago. The city is proposing to widen <br /> Capital Avenue and in the pracess they have to address the impact an the Veteran's Park and <br /> because of that they have submitted a de-miniums letter addressing the issues. Mr. Riehle <br /> receiv�d the draft of the letter and is in agreement and they are now requesting that the board <br /> authorize the Chair to sign. <br /> Matt Rief with Olssan and Associates was present and stated that he had met with the Veterans <br /> Club regarding the relocatian of the memorials along the hike and bike trail and that will be <br /> made into an exhibit and be part of the I�tter of de-miniums. They alsa discussed the removal <br /> of the trees but that decisian can be made in the spring. They will compensate with ather trees. <br /> They are working on some modifications but they will not impact Hall County. <br /> Mr. Rief is requesting that the county authorize the chair to sign and he asked that the letter be <br /> on county lett�rhead. <br /> Mr. Schuppan stat�d that the details will be determined later and Mr. Zitterkopf and Mr. Riehle <br /> have approved the I�tter so the chair can be authoriz�d to sign. <br /> Schuppan made a motinn and Quandt seconded to approve the letter and authorize the chair to <br /> sign once the changes have been made and with the approval of Mr. Zitt�rkopf. <br /> Lancaster, McFarland, Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes and nane voted no. <br /> Arnold was absent. Motion carried. <br /> 4 C) CONSIDER AND TAKE ACTION ON PROPOSED RESOLUTION TO RAISE SHELTER <br /> FEES IN HALL COIJNTY PARK - Mr. Zitterkopf prepared the r�salution and a copy was <br /> included in the packets the reservation fee and the renta� fee are the same thing. The fees are <br /> $25.00 far the green shelter and $15.00 for the white shelter. <br /> Purdy made a motion and McFarland seconded to approve Resolution #13-012 To raise the <br /> shelter fees at Hall County Park. Lancaster, McFarland, Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan and Ziola all <br /> voted yes and none voted no. Arnold was absent. Motion carried. <br /> Mr. Quandt stated that he would vate for the resolution but would like the fees to comparable to <br /> the state fees. <br /> 3 <br />
