Ziola made a motion and Arnald seconded ta approve the following optians regarding the iPads. • Hall County wauld purchase a WiFi+Cellualr i Pad and pay far the Internet service, Hall Caunty would also reimburse the Board member or any expenses related to the purchase of county required applications. The cost the Hall Caunty is estimated to be a one-time cost of$610.0� per tablet, recurring fee of$40.00 per manth for service and occasional f�es for reimbursement of required application purchases • Hall Gounty would purchase a WiFi-only iPad. Hafl County would also reimburse the board member for an expenses related to th� purchase of county-required applications. The cost to Hall Caunty is estimated to be a one-time cost of$484.00 per tablet and occasional fees for reimbursement of required application purchases • Board members would purchase their own tablets (any brand) with WiFi+ Cellular and would receive a monthly stipend to reimburse for the use of the tablet for county business. Sinc� the tablet/service would not be purchased by Hall County then it would be up to each board member to source their own hardware/service. The cost to Hall County is estimated to be a monthly service fee reimbursement of$30.00 to the board member and accasion fees far reimbursement af required application purchases Arnald, Lancaster, McFarland, Purdy, Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes and Quandt vated no.
