<br />- <br /> <br />F 19990523 <br />HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING DECEMBER 14, 1999 <br /> <br />The Hall County Board of Supervisors met from adjourned session and by published call <br />in the county board meeting room, 121 South Pine, Grand Island, Nebraska, December <br />14,1999, at 9:00 a.m. <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order by Chairman Bud Jeffries. <br /> <br />Invocation was given by Lonnie Logan. <br /> <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was given in unison. <br /> <br />Present on roll call were Scott Arnold, Richard Hartman, Bud Jeffris, Pamela Lancaster, <br />Margaret Landis and Lonnie Logan. Tammie Stelk arrived at 9:20 a.m. Also present <br />were Deputy County Attorney Jerry Janulewicz and news media representatives from the <br />Grand Island Independent and KRGI. <br /> <br />Lancaster made a motion and Landis seconded by consent agenda to approve the <br />following: <br />1. accept and place on file the minutes of the November 23 meeting <br />2. approve resolution #99-0092 for the posted speed limit on Platte River Drive <br />and Highway 281 intersection (Doniphan Interchange) <br />3. approve Resolution #99-0096 to continue the membership to NIRMA and <br />NIRMA II for three years <br />4. approved the renewal of the amusement license for The Rock/R. D. S. Inc. <br />5. approved the final plat for Heavenly Haven Third Subdivision <br />6. approved the manager's license for Chris Aubert for Bosselman Inc.
